TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. All bookings should be made through the Home Carers Pty Ltd Office, not directly with My Health Carers' staff members.
  2. Minimum of 4 hours (4) per booking
  3. Any cancellations of a previously agreed arrangement will be subject to a cancellation fee unless a minimum of two (24) hour's notification is given prior to the commencement time of the booking.
  4. In the event that a staff member of My Health Carers is offered employment by a organisation who has previously purchased services from Home Carers Pty Ltd within three (3) calendar months. An up front recruitment fee of $650.00 will be charged and invoiced to the facility.
  5. My Health Carers will provide staff with the understanding that payment for services provided becomes due within thirty (14) days in receipt of our invoice.
  6. All 'My Health Carers' Staff will be required to wear 'My Health Carers' Uniforms to any shift they are employed to provide.
  7. My Health Carers are responsible for 'My Health Carers staff' Superannuation, Wages, Holidays, Work Cover, and taxs.
  8. Suitable staff ratio in place 2 staff per 25 low care. 2 staff per 10-15 high care.
  9. Reasonable time is allocated for a My Health Carers staff member to be orientated or hand over given by a qualified facility staff member. Emergency and Fire evacuation plans are given to My Health Carers staff member for review prior to starting a shift in a new (unfamiliar) work place.
  10. My Health Carers staff member is given and equipped with appropriate aids to attend duties required to undertake. Hoists, gloves etc.
  11. All OH&S legislative requirements are in place for the protection of staff.
  12. If you are requiring a staff member to assist with medication a prior shift with a qualified and experienced worker will be required.
  13. Acceptance of 'My Health Carers' Services will be deemed as acceptance of our terms and conditions
